Smoke 4 Less Lax in La Crosse, Wisconsin

Went after work, to buy a battery for a friend who didn't have the right battery for an e-pen. First, I showed the clerk a carton with a recycled cart in it so that she could read the battery size needed. Instead, she tried to start an argument about the recycled cart in the box. Instead of doing her job, and getting me that battery, I had to listen to her ramble on. Her "know it all attitude," proved she knew nothing about batteries. She then tried to sell me the same battery that didnt work for my friend. She told me to go outside and try this battery on a cart I told her was empty, to see if it works? The battery wasn't for me, so she assumed I'm going to go smoke in my hospital uniform, in their parking lot, with the battery I told her does NOT work. She stated, "that's because your battery probably didn't have a button," yes it did. To top it off, I could here the same rude brunette talking about me as a walked out. Clerk #024099. Worst smoke shop ever. Usually people are happy and laid back at smoke shops, also educated on the products they sell. It would also be nice if they sold batteries without buttons. Batteries with buttons are proved to be more faulty than batteries without. I'll never shop at this location ever again. I can get the same cheap battery for $3 from china that they sold to me for $15 but was trying to shop locally and support our town. I'll goto deaf ear or buy from china next time instead of dealing with rude staff that does not listen to their customers.
