It was a very good Saturday for three Verona girls tennis players. McKenna Thorson, and Nicole Repka went unbeaten in singles during 4-3 dual-meet victories over Homestead and Nicolet. Thorson occupied the No. 1 spot against Homestead while Nagpal was No. 1 against Nicolet. Repka played at No. 3 in both matches. Lindert, Lee shine for MG Giselle Lindert, playing in the No. 4 position, scored a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Alexis Colosimo — Monona Grove's lone singles point in a 5-2 loss to Elkhorn in tennis.
